	Volunteer Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows Community Volunteer Centre that connects people to opportunities with community groups.		Emergency Services Dedicated, on-call volunteers are needed to assist people in the event of an emergency, to run Crime Prevention programs, or to learn survival, map and compass, search techniques, rope rescue, and swift water rescue skills.

National Volunteer Week

The third week in April is set aside each year as an opportunity to celebrate the outstand contributions of the volunteers who promote positive change in our communities.
