District of Maple Ridge Services and Departments

  • To meet with a staff member who is located in the office tower you must report to the Receptionist on the first floor of the Municipal Hall. Staff will greet you there and escort you to the tower offices.

Use the service request online form to report a problem with street/sidewalk repair, street light repair, flooding and/or sewer line backups.

Mayor and Councillors

  • To talk to Council, you may attend the Community Forum at the end of the Committee of the Whole Meeting on the first and third Mondays of each month. Check the Council meeting schedule [PDF, 1.1MB] for changes due to statutory holidays.
  • To be a delegation at a Council meeting contact the Manager of Legislative Services & Emergency Program by email, fax or mail indicating the topic you wish to speak on and the date on which you wish to speak. Delegations are permitted to speak for a maximum of 10 minutes. For further information please visit the How to Contact Council web page.
