Provides police service protection and safety for citizens of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows with a focus on prevention, education, enforcement and investigation. Committed to preserve the quality of life for citizens of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows by providing long-term solutions to identified policing problems. The OIC of the Ridge-Meadows Detachment works hard along with the senior management team of this detachment to focus all aspects of the administrative and operational policing toward reducing crime by targeting the prolific offenders, the root causes of crime in partnership with several other agencies.
