Responsible for directing the Engineering department, which functions include Geomatics, Design and Construction, Infrastructure and Development Engineering. The department provides a wide range of administrative and professional engineering services and is accountable for initiating, planning, coordinating and directing the execution of municipal engineering programs and projects.
