The Purchasing section issues all Competitive Bid documents including Request for Proposals (RFP's), Invitation to Tender (ITT), and Invitation to Quote (ITQ). Formal Invitations to Bid are issued for most acquisitions having an expected value over $75,000. Purchasing advertises its bidding opportunities on the Government of British Columbia's website, BC Bid.
